Applications:

The Machine adopts 600x600dpi, 600 x 900dpi, 600 x 1200dpi three printing

resolution mode, High-speed spiral digital ink-jet printer. It can make quick

prints on circular tubular products with diameter 30-150mm, height,;,320mm

(material can be metal/plastic/wood/glass etc.)

Taper print: If product to be printed has a tape「,there is no need to perform

tape「deformation processing on the printing pattern before printing. The printing

control system automatically corrects through a unique algorithm to achieve perfect

printing of products with taper.

Seamless Printing: can carry out exquisite patterns by 360° seamless printing.

Fixture replacement: One-press printing highly intelligent teaching, can change the

fixtures easy and fast for different products to be printed

No-Object No Printing system: The UV energy detection module detects dynamically

in real time during the printing process, predicts in advance the risk of UV LED lighting

nozzles due to no products to be printed/I「anspa「ent p「oducts,and suspends the

current printing operation

Print head Anti-collision: During the printing process, laser non-contact & mechanical

contact anti-collision, double real-time protection of the print head from accidental impact.

Intelligent LED: According to RS485 communication, the LED illumination area and

brightness of the product to be printed can be controlled arbitrarily.
